You must apply for a payment plan on the prescribed form. This is available by downloading the forms below. We will also assist you with the terms and conditions of our credit Policy.
Payment Plans start at a minimum payment of $50 per week, $100 per fortnight or $200 per month. For Certificate courses and above, a $500 initial payment is required to qualify for these plans.
International Students Payment plans are only available for International Students choosing to study online course only. For all other delivery methods, full payment is required. Approval Payment plans will only be provided upon approval by the Director or delegated officer. Where a payment plan has been approved, you will be enrolled. Refused applications Where a payment plan cannot be approved we will request further information from you. If the plan is still denied, confirmation will be forwarded to you in writing. Recovery action If you are granted a payment plan, you are liable for all payments even if you discontinue your study. Failure to remit payment may result in the debt being referred to a debt collection agency for recovery and legal action. Costs for this action will be incurred by the debtor and no future Time To Pay plans will be approved. Centrelink allowances If you wish to claim an allowance from Centrelink you will need to seek advice directly from Centrelink on 13 2490 (Student Allowance) or 13 2317 (Abstudy/ Pensioner Education Supplement).
